Rest.. this word is always liked to sleeping, lying down & sitting down... or even taking a breath after an exercise... so what makes it important ? well it is so important because we simply cant get away from it... its a must to all living thing to have a rest... so what happen we do not get enought sleep for once...
well the answer is that we will surely be very nasty & angry.. not having enough sleep can pull our trigger early then expected.. this is because when we do not have that energy we wont bother to take things around us seriously or even care about it.. so my advice is whenever we want to do something make sure that we have enough rest..
